Shipping, Warranty & Returns

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

If more than 30 days have passed since you placed your order, please contact us at info@lekkerhockey.nl so we can check the status of your shipment. Refunds or solutions will be discussed by email if necessary.

🛡️ Warranty

All Lekker Hockey products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Please note:

  • Items damaged through misuse, accidents, or long-term wear and tear are not considered defective.

  • Our team will assess whether the defect falls under warranty.

  • We will always ask you for photos and videos of the defected items. 

  • If accepted, we will handle the replacement or repair of the product. Shipping costs are not covered under warranty.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.lekkerhockey.nl.

  • If you bought your product from a retail partner, please contact them directly.

 

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or receipt.

📦 Do not send your return back to the manufacturer.

 

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before a refund is posted.

  3. Then contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact info@lekkerhockey.nl before sending the product back.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is valued over €175, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
